The Ludington Area Festival of Lights will be lighting up the holiday season on these magical nights:
- November 26th – Start your holiday season with a Christmas lights and fun!
- November 28th, 29th and 30th – Keep the Thanksgiving week festivities going with a joyful drive through our winter wonderland.
- December 3rd – 7th, 10th – 14th, 17th – 21st, 23rd – 25th – Keep the magic going until Christmas
- December 26th – 30th – Keep the holiday magic alive after Christmas with more evenings of twinkling lights to ring in the New Year.
Hours of Operation:
- Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM – A cozy midweek or Sunday evening to enjoy the holiday lights.
- Fridays and Saturdays: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM – Perfect for those who want to add an extra glow to their weekend festivities!
- Christmas Week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) will be 5:30pm – 9pm
Sensory Nights on December 8th and 22nd 5:30pm to 9pm: For guests who prefer a more relaxed and quiet environment, we’re offering a special Sensory Night. On this night, the drive-through will remain magical, but no flashing lights or synchronized music shows will be active, allowing visitors to enjoy a calmer, more peaceful experience. It’s a perfect evening for those sensitive to bright or flashing lights, creating a serene holiday wonderland where everyone can feel comfortable and welcome.
Important Information for All Visitors:
- The entrance to the Mason County Fairgrounds is conveniently located off US 10, and the exit will be on N. Meyers Road.
- The route is approximately 1.6 miles long and will take roughly 30 minutes to complete, ensuring plenty of time to enjoy the lights.
- All vehicles must maintain a speed of 5 mph or less and adhere to instructions from our Elf Officials stationed along the route for your safety and guidance.
- At no time should anyone exit their vehicle during the drive-thru experience.
- All vehicles must be able to turn off their headlights upon entering the display. Headlights can interfere with the display.
- (we are working to update this with taller arches this year) No Busses lifted trucks will be allowed through the display due to safety and space limitations.
- For safety reasons, passengers must remain inside the cabin of the vehicle at all times during the drive-thru experience.
- If your vehicle has experienced recent mechanical issues, we kindly ask that you refrain from participating in the drive-thru to avoid any disruptions.
- During the drive-thru, keep an eye out for signs directing you to tune your radio to a specific frequency to enjoy holiday music perfectly synchronized with the light shows!
The price of admission is $10 per vehicle, and we accept Credit Cards, Venmo, Cash App, and Cash, giving you multiple payment options.
As a thank you to those who serve, first responders will be able to drive through the display at no charge (must show credentials).
