We are looking for 3 reliable individuals to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of the Ludington Area Festival of Lights. The working hours will begin 1 hour before the event starts and end 30 minutes after the event closes each night.
Event Times:
- Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM.
- Fridays and Saturdays: 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM.
Qualities We’re Looking For:
- Ability to assist in turning on the lights and displays at the start of the night.
- Willingness to address any weather-related issues, such as adjusting displays for snow or rain and shoveling areas that may have been missed by the commercial snowplow.
- Strong communication skills to provide support to volunteers throughout the night, answering any questions they may have.
- Attention to detail in maintaining a steady flow of traffic through the drive-thru.
- Ability to handle additional responsibilities as they arise to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Expected Hours:
- Approximately 35 hours per week, depending on the schedule.
Pay:
- The position pays $12 per hour.
